Returns & Refunds Policy (14 Days)
We offer a 14-day return window, meaning you have 14 days from the delivery date to request a return.
1) Return Requests Must Be Approved First
All returns require approval before you ship anything back.
Returns sent without approval will be refused and not refunded.
To request a return, email raw@rawuncutfragrances.com and include:

The item(s) you want to return

A clear, justified reason for the return
(Example: damaged on arrival, wrong item received, defective sprayer, etc.)
If your request is approved, we’ll send return instructions.
2) Return Eligibility
To qualify for a return, the item must be:

Unused and unopened

In the same condition you received it

In original packaging (including any seals, boxes, inserts)

With proof of purchase
Important (Fragrance Hygiene Policy):
Because fragrance is a personal care product, we do not accept returns for items that are opened, used, or unsealed, unless the item arrived damaged/defective or you received the wrong item.
3) Authentication Before Any Refund
All returns are inspected and authenticated before any refund is processed. This helps prevent counterfeit or swapped returns.
If a return appears used, tampered with, swapped, or fails authentication, it will be denied and no refund will be issued.
4) Return Shipping (Customer Responsibility)
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
We do not charge any restocking fees.
5) Return Address (Approved Returns Only)
If approved, you will receive instructions. Approved returns must be shipped to:

6) Damages, Defects, or Wrong Item
Please inspect your order when it arrives. If your item is damaged, leaking, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately at raw@rawuncutfragrances.com so we can fix it.
7) Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for:

8) Exchanges
We don’t offer direct exchanges. If your return is approved, return the item and place a new order for what you want.
